Don't try selling it on this board after that description.

If you want smaller, you obviously want another 3 series. If you haven't driven a 5 series (and make sure it's a 540 with a stick) you should try it out at least.

j/k

You should be able to find a decent 2001-2002 e39 530i, a bunch of e39 540i's lol, 2002-2003 e46's, and some clean e36's

You could probably get a half decent e36 M3 for about that price. Most of the ones on trader are going for around that price. Dunno how nice they are in person but that seems to be the ballpark price for them.

Its a great buyers market right now!

Take your time, Im sure you come up with a sweet low mileage '02+ 330 with rims, sport package etc.
Just don't be impulsive, and figure out exactly what you want before heading out with the dolla in yo pocket
have fun

Oh man, what's wrong with yours? How much are you selling it for?

With 12k, it's hard to say. You can't find a mint e36 m3 for that much, in canada. But look at what's for sale in the southern US and add up the import costs. Check bimmerforums.com. That will be a better route for sure and you could end up with a well maintained rustless e36m3.

If you don't wanna import, I'd look for a mint e36 328i/is. This thing should be MINT MINT for 10k (no rust, clean, maintenance history, clean history, <=150km).

You could get lucky and find a M3 for 12k. They go for 13-14k in damn good condition.

Watever you end up getting, it better hav an M, or else you are just throwing money in the wind.
The countless guys on the board who bought regular bimmers and have spent a fortune trying to replicate a M, is crazy.

and doesnt handle properly. donno if its ball joint related or suspension related
jus want a newer car so i wont have to worry about anything
