85 Mercedes 190E. Had that car for a long time. Tranny started going at around 900,000km so I just scraped it. Very good and reliable car. No major repairs through it's life

Should have taken a pic of that. I've never heard of any car going that far, they sure don't make them like they use to.

Damn, 100 000 more and maybe you would have gotten a new SLK AMG, like Al Bundy when his dodge went to 1 000 000 and he was gonna get the viper, who remembers that episode????

When he fell asleep in the car and it rolled down the driveway and went over the million?? Hahahahaha!!!!!

I miss that show.......

That thing was sweet. Used to pack people in it for fun.
375,000kms when I blew it up. had Ipd lowering springs. and a cherry bomb exhuast.
Drove the living shit out of it.
Blew the head gasket and melted a couple of plugs.

Then i got a 1994 suzuki gti.
custom exhaust, get this Jackson Racing made parts for these things back in the day. Had the springs, great stereo (I worked at future shop)
THEN i fell asleep driving home from T.O. when I was 18~19years old.....rolled it 4 times with my buddies in it...4 guys. walked away with out a scratch....I think we were lucky I was doing 160km with the foot on the gas when I conked out.

Then I was car-less for 2yrs saved some money looking for a Corrado then saw a wrecked 635....bought it and fixed it...had her for almost 4 years now.

my winter car is a 1984 533 with a 3.5l motor dropped in....soon she's getting a complete makeover new paint, etc

I think I'm going to buy a car in the 90's next.

1979 Rabbit GTI
The Original Hot Hatchback

Stock except, Hella fog lights, upgraded speakers, and Zender Front Airdam after the original one cracked.

Great winter car, pull the hand brake and nail it! 1st car I ever drove on the track. Thanksgiving pay as you drive at Mosport organized by the Porsche club, way way back $20 for 20 minutes of lapping with instruction.

Looked the the black one in this pix, but mine was white.

Haha, I was just talking about that Married with Children episode recently. He started driving it like crazy after to get the mileage up again!

My first I car I drove was an 88 Toyota Supra Turbo but my first car of my own is my 328i, which is 6 years old today!
