225/40/18

I have a 1994 325 IS with the rear lowered 1". Will I have any problems fitting a 225/40/18 tire with an 18x8 rim. I'm hoping I won't need any modifications. (offset is 35)

No problems whatsoever. I have run much more aggressive setups. (e.g. 245/35-18 with 18x8.5 ET38)
