Trillium Autocross Schedule 2009

Here are the dates for the AutoX schedule for 2009:

19-Apr-09
24-May-09
14-Jun-09
19-Jul-09
23-Aug-09
27-Sep-09
18-Oct-09
1-Nov-09

More details here: http://www.trillium-bmwclub.ca/site/page.jsp?Autocross

Registration form: http://www.trillium-bmwclub.ca/servl...ion%202007.pdf

Car information form: http://www.trillium-bmwclub.ca/servl...ile%202007.pdf

The Trillium Chapter of BMWCC has run autocrosses for many years. They are held on Sunday mornings during the warmer months in a large parking lot near Canada’s Wonderland. The fee is $ 20.00. We also donate a fair portion of the proceeds to the Hospital for Sick Kids on behalf of MDS Sciex.

Our host is MDS Sciex at 71 Four Valley Drive, Concord. They are located near Hwy 400 and Langstaff. See the map link below.

The 2009 season will continue with the scoring system based on SCCA’s SOLO II model, using the PAX / RTP weighting system. Essentially, this neutralizes the power of, weight of, and modifications done to your car. You’re competeing on a fairly level playing field with all the other participants.

The first car is away at 9:00 AM sharp! We open registration at 8:00 AM. Drivers meeting and walk-through will begin at 8:30 to 8:45 am. People arriving late may miss the orientation and walk-through. They may also miss the fun run. As we’re usually pressed for time, late-comers can not make up their runs.

To speed morning registration, please print the relevant registration forms and complete ahead of time.

Sure of course, but we also welcome new people to take part in the event. You can learn a lot no matter what your level and abilities.

I'll be there giving anyone pointers if they want. This is the best place to practice accurate, aggressive driving without being hassled. Best $15 you'll spend!

My first time out to the trillium BMW autocross and it was a blast. Well organized and lots of fun. Can't wait to see the results posted. Most definitely will be out again next one. Anyone who may have been on the fence about going must definitely come out and play. Yeah it was a tough course....all the better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
