What do you plan on doing with the car?

Its gonna be a driver with very little track use. Don't want it too low or too stiff. There's going to be a s50 or V8 swap.

Coil overs will allow you to adjust for street or height also factor in what sway bars your going to use when choosing a set up

Sounds like H&R Sports in your future. Not too stiff, and not too low. I tracked on them, and they were excellent for a less-than-mild car, with a beginner at the wheel.

My M50 swapped E30 has Ireland Engineering stage 3 spring... I love them, but my car is not a daily driver I would consider them on the edge of too aggressive for the street.

I'd like to know too... I've got Bilsteins Sports and Bav-Auto Springs... will this be good enough to handle a swap?

does anyone know where to get info and part lists for the s50 or m50 swap?

I'm looking at a set of coilovers vs fixed springs. I've already ordered a set of Bilstien Sport's to go with them.

Is there a lot of extra work to fit coilovers?
