The article mentioned is in some UK magazine and its about some great deals on used cars in this day and age. They point out the E30 as a strong contender. As well, they point out the Integra Type R for some of its characteristics.

yup, E30's are a lot of fun.

They list the Type R because it is one of the most successful race cars of the late 90s. Just as the E30 M3 was in the late 80s.
