Looks awesome. Paint your exhaust manifolds, and your golden.

i used duplicolor ceramic paint on the manifold and just regular high heat paint on the valve cover and sprayed clear on it, beware if you want it flat black do not put clear on it, it will make it shiny. and for the blue its the duplicolor metalcast anidized blue. it is really hard to put on, read the instruction really good do exactly what they say. i didn't prime or what ever but if i try the blue again i will try the ground coat(primer).

How much are blue wires anyways?

What colour should the exhaust manifolds go?

When I did mine back in '05, I used BBQ paint and brushed it on. Looked better than rust. When the motor was changed in '07, they held up okay, so I sprayed them with that High Heat Black Ceramic paint at Crappy Tire.

Looks great!! I suggest POR-20 for the manifolds if you're serious, or that duplicolor high heat black (as thin as a coat as you can use to cover). Clean them with TSP before you paint if you can!
