FS: 1992 BMW 318i cabrio (E30)

Hey guys, I never thought I'd do this but due to my busy schedule, I'm finding myself with less & less time to really make use of 2 cars. I'd like to sell my beloved E30 cabrio to the next caring E30 fan. Eventually I'll be putting it up on AutoTrader but until then, it's sleeping peacefully in my garage, ready to come out and play with the top down on a hot, sunny summer day!

Sorry, but the bike and the timing/accessory belts are not for sale!

I didn't have any good interior shots but I did want to show the re-upholstered seats.

The Basics:
1992 BMW 318i CABRIOLET
WBABA7306NEJ13064
170,000 km
Black schwarz exterior, black interior
5-speed manual transmission
M42 1.8L DOHC 16-valve engine
14" OEM bottlecap rims

The Extras:
MTech steering wheel & shift knob
OEM 'iS' front lip
Re-upholstered front & rear leather seats
New convertible top
Kenwood KDC-MP205 removable-face CD/MP3 deck
Orion 275SX 150W amplifier
Subwoofer
Magnaflow 14815 exhaust

New Items:
Catalytic converter, spark plugs, ignition wires, oil/fuel/air filters, rear shock mounts, rear inner CV boots, battery.

The Not-So New Items:
A bit of rust on fuel filler door, passenger side fog light is out, central door locks control module needs to be replaced or repaired, some scrapes on lower driver's side rear panel, trunk/convertible top lid needs new gas struts.

I'm selling this car as is for $5,000. The car was stored each winter and was really only driven on the nice summer weekends. Send me a message if you're interested or have any questions!

Fred

^ Thanks! However these cars really cater to a very specific buyer (not the everyday person shopping for a convertible) so we'll see!

UPDATE:

I just noticed a rock chip on the windshield this morning. It must've occurred when I drove the car to my new house 2 weeks ago. I tried taking pictures to post here but my camera couldn't focus on the glass. So I guess you can add that to my "The Not-So New Items" list!

Thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words.

Not wanting to overlook anything, I just remembered that the car needs 2 plastic covers that go over the rear speakers and the lower plastic cover panel right under the steering column near your knees.

Cheers!
