Thank you to every one who came out to BMW fest 2009 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was not just about the cars but a group of people getting together for a fun filled day....what I beleive every car event should be. John is right since we only had 6 weeks to put everything together I am very happy with the feed back....and given a year to plan next years I am sure we will blow you away with whats to come!!!!!!!

I was at the registration tent all day, and only had a chance to snap a few pics, but can't wait to see the pics and vids everyone took!!!!!

Cheers again and thenk you to everyone who came out and made this day special for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Richie

P.s my exhaust bolts from manilold to down pipe let go on the cruise after the show...amazing what an m42 sounds like running just on the header!!!!!

We had a great time yesterday, I'm glad I made the drive up from London, it was well worth it....It was really nice meeting everyone, and we had a good time afterwords at the Edge lounge, wish we could have stayed a little longer, but we did have a 3 hour drive ahead of us......I'd like to thank Rich and John and the other organizers for this great event, definitely count us in for next year

cheers

Rene

Big to John and Richie (and anyone else involved) in preparing this event in record time. I know how much time and effort goes to putting a car show together and you guys did an incredible job...well done!!!

I was great to see some familiar faces again and meet new enthusiasts. I had an awesome time on and off the track. Keep up the great work and thanks again for all your efforts. The results always speak for themselves.

Personal request:
Seeing as I was having a real hoot out on the track, I would love to document this experience with some High Resolution pictures. If anyone has any high res pictures of my gold E12 on the track, can you please send them to me? I greatly appreciate it.

email:
eddie DOT ribeiro AT polytec-foha DOT com
fyi...I can receive very large emails on this account.

BTW...Thanks Rene (Boxer2 for the pictures you sent)

Rene,

If you set up the BBQ on say a Saturday??? I am sure I can round up at 10 of us that would make it out..... As soooon as you know a day let me know and I will get ahold of everyone!!!!

Wicked pics, I am hoping I can collect all the media both pics and video everyone took and make a dvd for everyone of the day. If anyone has media to contribute, please geta hold of me so we can figure something out!!!

Count me in for sure! I already spoke to Rene about this too. And if any of you east enders need a place to crash if you don't feel like heading home, you're all more then welcome to spend the night with me I mean...ummm...spend the night at my place
LOL! My place is only two hours away from where the BBQ is, so it would save you another hour's drive if you're feeling too tired to continue.

hey guys, sorry i couldnt make it out. i had to deal with the chaos that ensued when my boss was dragged off to the mental ward of sunnybrook and then shipped to CAMH.
Being communications liason at my work didnt help. really wished i could have made it out. looks like it was alot of fun and i would have loved to hit up the track.

next time i suppose. hopefully i'll get more warning XD

You don't need to fly there...by then you would have taught me how to handle a stick...and we could take your car and I can drive us!
