Mortgages..long term guaranteed loan

what is the best 15 month guarantee loan with cash back right now locked in for 5 years.Im heading over to my own branch Monday and will talk to them about the current market rates.Any help is GREATLY appreciated.Im going to start early even though my place wont close for another 13 months.

Al I know is that rate is really low now and i am not sure if bank wil secure this rate 13 mths in advance, it might be a year.

Nowadays people are trying to negotiate with banks for a lower rate.

I would look at variable rate compare to fix rate, but check out the rate first.

you're on crack if you you think you can get a 15 month guarantee on a rate for a 5 year loan. they give you 90 days.

Why the hell would you take a cashback loan. On a 1.4% cashback you're going to be looking at like 6%.

I'm with EP on this one, you must be on crack to expect a 15 month guarantee.

variable is the way to go!
