Ya of course I agree. If they are using their cell phones- personal use cell phone, then ya I agree thats bullshit. And they should be reprimanded for it.
The thing is, how likely and how stubornly are they going to enforce a law like this? What about answering your phone in an emergency? I mean whats next, maybe they should set a "lights out/curfew" time for the public?
Anyway the reason why Im okay with that is because I ve been in enough situations where someone on a cell phone almost smashed into me, etc. So I like it. How many times have you almost been ploughed off the road from a woman in a Mercedes on her phone? Woman + cell phone = deadly car accident waiting to happen.
