it's not likely that words like "asshole" and "moron" will make it on to TV commercials any time soon and those are the basic reasons as to why this is CLEARLY a parody.

It is a real commercial, I saw it a few times on TV. I remember thinking how they also need to include one of those KKK style hats as well...
