OBDC I & OBDC II conversion questions

If one were to convert an OBDC II engine to OBDC I using one of the kits available, I was wondering what happens to stuff like the secondary air pump, which is an OBDC II emissions control component? I'm pretty sue the OBDC I 325s for example did not have a secondary air pump.. So, if you convert to OBDC I, can you remove/disable the secondary air pump entirely then? Are there other components we might consider removing that are not already dealt with by the contents of the OBDC I conversion kit?

Are you talking about putting on an M50 intake manifold, or a complete OBD1 conversion, with a new wiring harness, sensors, DME, etc? There is a very big difference here

Full OBDC I conversion, new DME, the full deal. Although I noticed that I can't seem to find the kit at bimmerworld anymore. Wasn't it like $1500 or something? does anyone else sell a full conversion kit anymore, or is this a thing of the past now?
