Yes you can, but for better performance you would want to upgrade those.

FK automotive springs are good quality, and have a nice ride to them when matched with correct shocks/struts (you can use stock, but as noted, shouldn't)

I want to stiffen my 97 318i a bit but i do NOT want to lower it...will these do the trick? I have new Bilstein sports to go with them :-) Opinions?

^^Put the Bilsteins in with your stock springs then. Obviously the springs will lower your car.

you still have the springs i want to install them in the front of my 325i what could happen if i use them with my origional shocks?
