Leave toronto now.....!!

Falking as$ licker Miller... why is it that every frickin' politician in Toronto is lost and always wants to hide behind the lies of helping the poor?

the truth is that they are over spending, can't balance a budget... or get close for that matter, and keep on giving it to Torontonians in the arse with no lube...

FALK THAT... I AM OUT!

property tax going up 4%
Hydro, Water, Garbage all on the rise....
Car Stickers going up AGAIN?

Go north young man...

Brand new 1600 sq ft, single, detached 40' lot $204,900
Brand new 2260 sq ft, single, detached 40' lot $234,900

You can probabaly look at a townhouse < 150K.

Property tax is a fraction of what TO is paying.

Oh ya, Licence stickers at still $74. You are actually in and out of the MTO office in about 10mins. Maybe two people ahead of you, maybe no one.

We can actually use our beach front. Its clean and all condos are behind the road that runs along the lakeshore (no selling out to developers and the rich)

One downside...work in TO...gotta commute. Its an easy drive, just long, but at least you're moving.

Heres a small breakdown..
http://www.torontosun.com/news/toron...45601-sun.html

3Million on tree maintenance .. I never see those ****ers do anything. Do you know how many loops you have to jump through just to get your tree cut on your front lawn?

on a side note .. $89-100 more isnt that bad for property tax.

Unless the people of Toronto, stand up and throw demonstrations daily until this useless POS is out of office, he will do everything to make

1. Himself more wealthy
2. His friends wealthy

The problem is people in Toronto rather let this POS destroy the city then stand up for the greater good.

SSKI is correct move out of Toronto , you may have a longer drive to work but its worth it ... Thats what I did

South end of Barrie.

Hwy400/Mapleview (Molson Park) to Hwy400/7 is about 35mins.

You can go east or west but I think the drive is more of a PITA??

that's the problem... I do love Toronto, and I do love the hussel and diversity of the city... so moving, yes, I will, but happy, no I am not..

they know that they are retarded.... the council voted on suspending the property land transfer tax of 1% to boost the economy.

Funny story....

I was looking at property and after that went in ... i emailed my agent and advised to look outside the Toronto area as I don't want to be a part of the 1% for Miller's get rich scam... she let out an " Argghh..." and said to me.... " Oh god... they are killing us.... you are the 14th client this week that's said they don't want anything to do with Toronto..."

nice going Miller!

Barrie now has the GO train right to T.O.. could be an idea. plus you could rent your house out to College students!

I moved to Edmonton AB - They've never heard of emission testing. 5% taxes! and big bucks!

although, I miss T.O - but definitely not Mayor Miller!!
