I'm a bit affected, but it has a lot less to do with the economy and more to do with plain old life...

Just replaced an old car with a new one, so that put us under a bit.... until that cost is recovered, just spending less on frivolous shit, like eating out, drinking, luxury purchases, things like that. Instead of going out and spending money, my girl and I will mostly stay at home and watch a movie or play some video games or something... stuff we already have, that doesn't cost money. Cook at home instead of eating out, which is actually beneficial because we're becoming better cooks because of it.

So all in all, just being careful with money, but not really because of the economy. Past purchases and future planned purchases have dictated how we spend on a daily basis.

ya it depends.. last time iwas there the "ref" was crazy and checking everyones hopper EVERY round for paint. Like give me a break. Id like to be treated like a customer, not a theif thank you very much. Other times I was there it never got checked once. So its hit or miss.

the only thing i dont like bout splatters is that its a disorganized pile of crap. The layout makes no sense and the lighting is retarded. That being said, its still a hell of alot of fun.

As opposed to the Gallardo sedan? j/k

what year for 80k?

p.s. sounds like the people spending less are the ones that didn't know how to handle cash in the first place.

LOL, as opposed to the spyder.

All I've been seeing is 2004's at the U.S. auctions every week going for under $100K (88-90K). I'm waiting for the 2005's to drop under 100K.

that is pretty inexpensive but the insurance has to be a gangbang in comparison to a 911 or GT-R.

Wtf.....

obama got his wish now they dont know how to spend it?.

http://ca.news.finance.yahoo.com/s/1...ilout-2-0.html

Bush stimulus package is missing ($300 Billion)..They are not sure where the money actually went.

http://www.nowpublic.com/world/bush-...banks-bail-out

Now GM is going to miss its March dateline for a plan to save its ass from going down the tube and is asking for another 8+ Billion. There is also rumors of inside trading by GM brass but the government does not want to file charges to give a GM a chance to survive.

http://cbs5.com/national/GM.bailout.money.2.905887.html

and now Ford's cash burn is worst than they thought and whispers are they need $10 billion to stay afloat.

What a wonderful country we live in where assh&*& CEO's pulls in billions in bonuses while the company dies.

Hong Kong is planning a strong plan to help the citizens survive the recession..cutting taxes, lowering property taxes, providing refund bonuses for car purchases.

And you know how Toronto City Hall helping the residence..raising property taxes by %3 and finding other methods to tax items and giving themselves and the union pigs a raise.
