since it was dug up again I guess I'll add another.

you know you drive an e30 when you know the last 7 digits of your VIN # off by heart cause you go to www.realoem.com so often.

...when you buy an E36 M3, swear you love it, then put it up for sale because you miss E30s.

He has a baller assortment of baller cars and the e30 has has became the garage slut..Selling the cars forces him to use the e30 due to the wow-the-e36-m3-is-so-DDable syndrome

Hell yeah I have it, but it's sitting in my parent's garage collecting dust on the BBS' lips. If I sell the M3 there's a much better chance I'll plate and insure the E30 for the year.

You know you drive an E30 when your fog light button sticks inside the bezel when you push it in.
You know you drive an E30 when you firmly believe you're a drift king (but only when you're alone and you can ignore the unintentional spins).
You know you drive an E30 when you secretly hate 240sx's, no matter how good you know they are.
You know you drive an E30 when you buy a junkyard part from an entirely different car (Taurus skirt, Volvo lip, 318Ti hub, E36 window switch, Z3 shifter, Mustang injector, etc etc), slap it on your ride, and call it a mod.

When you scare your passenger by slapping the dash to get your coolant gauge to stop jumping around. And instead of being angry, you smile and rub the dash with love in your eyes.

You know you drive one when you stock pile all these used parts in your garage and basement and anywhere else you could possibly keep them; even your living room.LOL and never want to get rid of anything because you think you're gonna use everything at some point in time. and Murphy's law is you finally get rid of it and then what you sold ends up breaking on your car!!!

also- when you break down on the road and you can fix it there and then with your convenient tool box in back!

Let me add mine,

You know you drive e30 when you drove it 4000 KM from Alberta to Ontario (and swing by BC by mistake cuz you got lost) in 5 days

when you know there are 3 types of suspension bushings:
- bushings you need to replace
- bushings you're like to replace
- bushings you're too scared to replace

You know you drive an e30 when you read a 7-page thread of people enumerating its endless faults and it leaves you with a big grin and a warm feeling for your car.
