? on building web site

I have one already on angelfire.com and I understand html

but for some reason i can't access it.. any suggestion on where to start from scratch? and any helpfull programs i can download?

it's all messed up.. Angelfire has a html page bilding thing. they changed it all around on me and it won't load the scripts for me to edid. dont' ask me i was working on it for 2 hours trying to figure it out.

I Don't mind starting over with something easy to work with.

If you do not know much HTML, you can start out with Macromedia Dreamweaver. It outputs pretty clean code that you can manually manipulate as well.. good luck

ya get Dreamweaver 4 (or the latest model) and thats a good program to get started with...

im using yahoo page builder (geocities) its alright well heres my site www.trueimports.cjb.net CAN some one give me ideias what to do to it? and that first pages gotta go its just a construction page!
