Why not break down and just drive in for the diff. Spend the day here or whatever before driving back. Shipping a diff is like shipping a 100lb rock.
not easy...

I have an open diff med case 4:10 in my car and thinking about removing and putting something else in. My car 90-325i/4door.
How much do you want to spend?

Just wondering....
