Stroker project complete '85 E30 327i....one issue

She stalls out after about 4 mins.

Without fail.

M20b27 bottom end
m20b25 top end (rebuilt to spec)

swapped out all of the ETA wirring harness to I harness.

Fires right up, idle smoothes out, and stalles.

seems plugs are fouling?

using m20b25 dme.

thoughts?

This sounds like a MAF issue? Disconnect the MAF to run in speed density mode?

I don't think it will run in speed density. Maybe Motronic 1.1 but my 87 didn't do it.

Flooding... sounds like you dont' have the oil return tube seated properly... double check that. If it's gas that's flooding it, could be that it's not getting enough air somehow, make sure the AFM (no maf's in this car) is opening right... make sure the ICV is buzzing and operating properly, make sure that the TPS clicks as soon as you open the throttle body.

Try all that.
