wtf is wrong with the plastic bag vibrating noise near passenger side windshield??

wtf is wrong with the plastic bag vibrating noise near passenger side windshield??

Maybe I dropped something into the front ventilation area?? (less likely)

one day I was driving 100km/h and especially windy day I hear plastic bag vibration like noise near red marked area.

The noise comes back when it's windy and 60km/h up. and/or it gets worse when I open my sun roof 20 degree position.

I think the wind from outside comes into the cabin and goes out thru the sun roof so when the wind is passing the cabin it makes noise...

I really don't know what to do. It's not from my glovebox or under the hood. Also it's not my wiper either.

What could it be??
