"Two Cars" light...

What's the "Two Cars" light, (left of) beside the DSC light, stand for? Mines on...

Nobody knows? The manual "indicator light" or any other section doesn't say.

Well, some closure. I took out the cluster and removed the front, then took electrical tape and taped over that icon. Removing the front is a bi*ch. Took three hands to do it.

The LED for that icon is there. From many pics of disassembled E39 clusters, people don't have that LED. I'm going to cross reference the part numbers I've got off it.

The towing mode seems like a reasonable suggestion. It does look like a trailer is hooked up to the back of the car. I took a look at mine today and that slot is simply empty. All i have there is the DSC and another symbol of a outline of a car from the side with two dots that look like this ( : ) in hte middle. No clue what that is.

They must have given you the Euro model.

Wha? You have that funny symbol beside the DSC?

On the right of the DSC, I have the "arrow up" with a circle underneath.

Yea man, i thought i had the arrow too. However last night i checked and boom...the little car shape with two dots in it. What the hell is that? Whats the arrow for?
