The Deals that can be had now!

I wish my lease was up,

For sh!ts and giggles i went into my local lexus dealer here in Brampton to check out the ISF and the IS350. MSRP on the ISF is 65K, right off the bat they offered me the car for 58K after some stiff negotiation I managed to squeeze them for an additional 6K.

The car is a 2008 ISF Black on White Leather (No Navi system) otherwise fully loaded. 52K, now im thinking to myself shit this is a deal and a half. I took the demo out for a boot and the thing is a monster, light years over and above any other Lexus i have driven.

Heres the Kicker - current finance rate is 3.2% upto 48 Months, with multiple security deposits (max 4500) I can get that interest rate down to 2%.

Im just stuck in my lease, i will take a hit on it (around 5-6K) so its not worth it for me. But wow the deal is smokin. Im considering it pending a few other things. But, i was surprised to see the type of deals these dealers are offering.

haha I know, hense why i said it. Dealers will throw you a cash price because its cheaper, but when you try and finance/lease they'll switch it

I knew they were offering the manufacture to dealer incentive after reading on the various forums. But I still managed to get an additional 6K off the asking price. I may be able to switch over from my current car, as I have a 3.9% finance rate on my current vehicle. the savings im getting from switching over to the lesser finance rate will help mitigate some of the difference. But i will still be out around 3-4K. Which is not totally unreasonable.

Wannabe i heard in the US, dealers were clearing these out for 49K out the door?

I can buy a 2008 IS F with about 2000 miles or less for $44,000 U.S give or take. Thats not including duties, dealer auction fees, and other border costs.

So after the currency exchange even at $44,000 USD, you're already at $54,121 CAD DEALER COST!!

For a Canadian dealer buying from the States, ussually there's some huge discounts to be had, but in this case, I just wanted to illustrate how amazing of a price you got for this IS-F at $52K!!!

If you really want this car, dump your BMW and go for this asap!

Northwest Lexus right?

Northwest has been belting out these F's for GREAT prices for a while now....I know they let a Black one go for 55 back in nov/dec!

It's a good time to be buying a performance/luxury car cash these days.

the ISF is great....but the M3 is better. I'd be driving an ISF thinking I were the man, but in the back of my head, the high specific output v8 of the M3 would be calling.
