Winter Superman !! (Who did I help out this afternoon)

I was off work today however had to take my wife to work today in the wonderful winter wonderland we had

Anyways in Brampton I was able to help three stranded vehicles

- 330i newer model car (white) , stuck on the 410 northbound I was able to pull his car out with my super chain !!! he wanted to give me a 100 bucks, but us winter heros don't take gifts

- 1 Series (this is my first time seeing one of these up close) stuck on the 410 again !! SOUTH near Queen , pulled out the chain and got you out in a matter of 1.5 minutes !!! Please purchase winter tires (if you are on this forum) owner had on summer sport tires !! No wonder you got stuck .

- Toyota Celica got rammed in by the snow plows aftermath and could not move (This was more difficult) but I still managed to get her out of the horrid snow !!! again summer sport tires on 18 inch rims ...

Im not a tow truck driver but since I had my truck out today I felt I should help people in need everyone was so thankful

Happy Holidays

Yeah, you have to love SUV's in this weather.
With 4x4 mode, and new knobby snow tires, it is unstoppable.
It's the main reason I have it around; towing tows in the summer, and winter driving.

Last year, I pulled out an 07 Sienna Minivan.

I love it; she's a tank in the snow.

Drive careful everyone!

5.6L 320 HP gets the job done, 100 percent correct with winter tires + 4x4 fantastic !!!

To me its little things like this (helping out someone in need) that makes a huge difference on a persons perspective. Who knows maybe these few people may help someone else out.

I know it might sounds crazy but I actually enjoyed watching the snow fall down, reminds me of the snow storms 25 years ago in Toronto

i pushed a few people out, mostly i help people with beaters get their cars unstuck (by pushing them with my car).

I'm all for helping, but i'm laaaaaaaazy.

Some chick in a old beat up EF civic looked at me like i was insane when i asked her if she wanted me to "bump" her out of the snow, and said no. So i drove off

It is nice that you are willing to help out, but be very careful.
It is not unheard of, people getting their cars slightly damaged/scratched, etc in such a situation and the good comrade having to foot the bill.

I remember reading on the jeep board I am on, how someone's friend was helping a guy out with his Pick up, and the tow rope snapped and shattered the light or window or something, and he was taken to small claims court and had to pay for the replacement.

They didn't plow the parking lot at work on Friday, AT ALL.
I helped by pushing a few people out.
Everyone made it ^.^
Except myself.
BMW sent over a tow truck.
