I find the folks at henry's arrogant most of the time.

I don't shop at henry's or aden - I price match aden if I need to - otherwise - most of my gear is used...

Any SLR can take that - It's having the right lenses, know how and skill to get it right.

Crossfire - Future shop has the D40 kit on boxing day special for today ONLY Dec 25th at $399. Good price - i'd pick it up if it's the D40 you are after

It's a pretty decent price - Nikon rarely puts their stuff on sale. I think it's ended now though...

Yea - it was 24th and 25th only.

You can print out Aden's webpage and have them price match it at $409 - only $10 more than they had it for...

Yea - that would be the downside. I think you can order it online, then get them to price match within 2 weeks or return it - they will price match rather than return...

oh damn i would have sniped that shiznit!!! oh well....but seeing some of the pricing for SLR's at aden.....its not too bad off a difference and i may go with the D60 when the time comes in the new year......D40 and D60 are pretty much the same....the biggest diff iss the lens.....and to buy the same lens (VR) for the D40 would be more expensive
