E36 M3 mid section with O2's
I have the stock midsection from my E36 M3 with good cats and rear O2 sensors. The cats are still good as I passed emissions with no problems last summer. Price is $300.

Yea it will bolt up and flows better than the OBD-I midsection. You can just leave one of the rear O2's unplugged or plug it with a bolt.
