car deck

i just bought an mp3player and im getting it installed on wednesday. The stock deck has that built in anti theft and im wondering if there will there be any problems after i take it out with the computer or anything. Also, the guy said that the stock deck might be connected to interior light or something?
Can anyone get me some info?

i got my deck replaced with an alpine cda-7894, and there were no problems with the replacement, only thing is the time/clock/date on the onboard computer near the 5spd are dimmer cause the deck has a clock so it doesnt use the power to that one

but other than that i got it installed and everything works fine, since yours is a year younger than mine i dont think there is a big difference

yo buddyyy!!!i picked up a JVC mp3 player...it was on sale for $269...nothing too big but it will do...see if u can get me a price on those m3 pedals...thanks man

ya i just got it installed yesterday...its pretty sweet...but for some reason i get get my mp3 cds to show the name and artist of the song...i drained my battery from playing with it for so long!
