I'm not a fan of that kind of stance, but those are nice boards. Have fun with it.

nice ..

im goofy with 9 degree ducky

surprised you didnt go with a wide board style because of the boot size going over. Its going to suck if you have to make a sharp turn.

you're gonna need a wider board man, believe me. Check the "waist width" of your board. You should be shopping for one with at least a 26mm waist width.

the boots are just sitting loosely in the binding, they can still go in half inch. Im a newb so I dont think I'll be carving aggressively so I should be okay

I'm not a fan of duck either. You should be ok with that width, my boots hang over some also.

I dunno dude .. those are pretty big boots .. I even had troubles finding a good size board for my 11 size boots. It looks like hanging out quite a bit but you will know once you go on a run. They do sell wide boards so you will want to look it this. Carving aggressive is needed to turn especially on steep hills or in situations where you might need to avoid something or someone.

If you pick up enough speed and turn hard enough that your boots go into the snow you will wipeout.

I went with the K2 Zeppelin .. love my board.

I was a board tech out west for a while, take back that board and grab one with at least a 252mm waist width. I'm size 12 and needed that size of board. Might as well do it before you use the board and then realizing you're dragging and can't take it back

oh wow, you're going to dig in with your boots on the toe and heel side big time. You need a wider board, trust me. Since you're learning, your boots are going to cause you to lose your edge while turning (not carving, just sliding sideways) and it might even cause you to learn improperly. Go get a wider board
