Some dumb truck driver that was here on my site was telling me how when he was in his 20's him and his friends used to run a rope from the bumper of cop cars to garbage cans. Or they would tie their bumper to a pole or sign. He seemed pretty old so this much have been way back in the day. But I still think that would be rpetty funny.
