Engine swap question

I was just curious to know how much is a m52 swap and a s52. I am leaning towards a m52 because its prolly going to be a lot cheaper; but if there isn't that much of a difference I might just give into getting an s52.Also, will there be new parts; such as, alternator, starter, and etc with the install? And please let me know whether the price includes install.
