when i picked these up from Paul some regular on here he stated they were 17" rims.

I did not measure them I wanted them from the get go.

You did not measure them either. I'm not a liar.. I sold them to you in good faith and I don't appreciate you calling and harassing me.

Thanks for trying to lowball me and threaten me with a court date.

The rims alone are worth more then 300.00 and you gave me 250.00

Again I'll just state this was an 'As is' sale.

Dude.

Lets make this clear.

I posted the pictures... on the board.. YOU saw what you were purchasing.

Then we set a time for you to view the rims @ 3:30 when i called you @ 4:15 you said you'd be 30mins late. instead you showed showed up at 6:00pm

Then you showed up and I told you lowest I'd go is 300.00 you attempted to lowball me @ 200.00. I countered at 250.00. You said no and left. you went up the street.. waited 5 minutes turned around and came back. and said you'd take them.

I gave you the Rims&Rubber Spacers & all for 250.00 and you left.

Not only was a late for a family event.. I got a blocked phone call.. with you threatening to take me to court.

So I say to everyone out there reading this bullshit.

Beware of this dude.. he'll try to take you to court.

anantbhullar you sound like the biggest dick in the world. the man is just selling rims you have the pics and you don't even show up on time. and you see the rims then when you bring them home then you notice the size and condition? for everybody else out there i would not sell anything to this guy especially if he metioned anything about court. we are bmw lovers not people who are here to rip other people off. get a life and stop harrasing sessionz and everybody else that is selling rims

so the guy made a mistake, yeah i think i would trust him anyways more him than you. one question tho. if you thought u were buying 17 inch rims then when did you figure it out that they were 16? i am guessing that you have the rims right now. all sales are as is here. and i will take care of my self by not buying stuff from you.
