window weather stripping

how easy is it to replace the black weather stripping around the side windows. The metal underneath has started to rust so I'm thinking of doing this before winter. Would you consider this a DIY or would you take it in to a body shop?

i heard it was actually pretty hard cause u have to disassemble the whole door

Depends if your an I or IS, just a pull off and push on nice and easy if an IS.
