trunk lid

need some advice from the community cause my dad thinks im an idiot and im starting to think the same way.

so i have my wonderfull car which is reaching 225km mark. realistiaclly i will keep it around for another 2 years and then try to sell it (prob not for much)

the current trunk lid is rusting around the areas where the spoiler is, out of the 4 bolts only 3 are still there. the other one just fell out and wont go back in (rusted tread) it looks fine from far but when u look at the lid ucan see its rusting around those holes, some of hte paint has even "broken off"

i can buy a decent trunklid for 200$ same color as mine.

the question is, should i keep the old trunk lid and just let it rust away or buy the new one?

$200 to get rid of rust? I'd do it.
