factory foglights Wattage handling ?

I need to do something about the crappy "candle light output" fogs in my coupe.

I'm trying to put yellow 3000K 9006 bulbs in my fogs. Got an option of 55 and 80 watt bulbs.

is anyone running higher wattage fog light bulbs than 55W ?

can the factory fog light housing handle 80watt bulbs ? (obviously properly wired with relays, I doubt factory wiring can handle more than 55watt)

anyone ?

the wiring can, the housings can't. go with stock wattage or HID's. (shameless plug)

btw, what about H7 headlight bulbs ? can you run 100watt bulbs in the headlight housing ?
