^ even M3 E36 is nice. The only E46 that can beat it is an M3. Don't get me even started that we got ripped off on not geting the real euro engine.

i hope you're getting a e46 m3, cause e36 m3 isn't much of an upgrade from what you have. I'd save the extra money you'd be putting into trading up, and import a euro s50b32. That urge to trade up will dissapear when you have e46 m3 power in a lighter, stiffer car.
I run a canadian led kit & hid kit company, if you have any questions about led headlights or hid kits in canada or would like to check out our products please contact me here:

That is the only reason I will never buy an E36 M3. I feel like we got robbed big time.

Just go FI and forget about selling it. As nice as the car is, and even with as much money as you have into it, you're going to have a hard time getting 13.5k for it. Especially with the winter coming as fast as it is... Save yourself the hassle, and just pick up a SC... you'll have the extra power you want, and actually end up saving cash... plus, you already know the service history of your current ride, so you should get no unexpected surprises.
