Fender Rolling

Does anyone here have the tool or know how to roll a fender. got one wheel rubbing, yes my offset is all wrong but Im only having problems with one wheel well. any help would be appreaciated

I Have One At My Shop As Well. But Not All E46s Can Be Rolled. Bring It By My Shop I Can Easily Fix Your Problem. Im Tuckin' Staggered 20s On My E46 Drop.
