Clutch Alignment tool (KW area)
I'm going to be needing a clutch alignment tool to install my new clutch. Does anyone in the KW area have one that I can borrow?
And no, I'm not going to just "line it up by eye"

I have one in Mississauga somewhere. When do you need it?

The input shaft is my alignment tool. Poke it in, wiggle it around, give it a push. Done. Then take her out for dinner.

K, found mine, I left it in my mail box and I'll text you directions. If you want to use Frank's or Brian's that's fine too. Really, if the engine is out, and the tranny is out, just eyeballing it and using the input shaft works fine. Once you align it with the tool, it all gets fubar'd once you start fiddling around with the input shaft and tranny... it's right back out of alignment once you touch the shaft on the clutch plate and bang it off the bearing a couple of times. Be a man Steve. No tool. 'Brute force and ignorance' is what I always say!

The only reason I wanted the tool was because I haven't changed a clutch yet so I don't know what to expect. If it's really that simple then that's sweet. I'll still grab Frank's at the meet just for good measure. Thanks anyway Scott
