The locks I didn't get because personally for me that would drive me crasy lol..

The window feature is you either hold close or unlock on your key and all your windows+sunroof open/close.. Definitely looks close when you get out of your car and walk away holding the close button and all your windows close ...

alright thats what i figured you were talking about. i have the opening with the key already(i thought all e46s did) but closing them would be awesome

I can open then using the unlock button, but I can not close them using the remote, only by putting my key into the keyhole on the door and turning to lock it will the windows and sunroof close.

Is it possible to be programed for closing aswell?

No it doesn't have to be done by the dealer. As long as someone has the GT1 machine they can do it..


The way it works is your car is programed for basically everything except some features are disabled. Basically the GT1 just enables or disables features..

I also got my keys programed for individual driver. One for me and one for my wife. The seats and radio station automatically change to whatever key is used.
