E36 Mileage...

So... I beat my old record..and may as well start a new thread seeing as the other one was 5 - something pages...



I actually drove another 10 kms but my cell died..

you get the idea I am sure.

Over 700 isn't impossible by any means, I've done it a few times (it's easy on the highway), just don't go totally dry, it's really bad for the fuel pumps.

thats how mine failed on me! i fill up once the light goes on. even though you can easily go another 50k on it

car is a 328is. .. I drive it like a grandma.. shifting usually around 2500. 110 tops on the highway.. 5th gear whenever I can around city streets. aiming to get 700 next fill.

and yes I am aware of the heating fuel pumps.
