Talking New E21 Owner..,

Hello all, I just purchased my first Bavarian today. Shes an 1983 E21 and I only paid $500 for her. She runs fine but I barely know how to drive a stick lol. Im supposed to got out tonight and get some practice with my room mate, he drives a 240sx. I've been hungry for information and knowledge of this vehicle, in fact this is the second Bavarain forum I've joined tonight. I'll post a pic up as soon as I have time to edit. Any wise words from the experienced?

There she is, the $500 dream machine.

The body is pretty much mint accept the hood. It has 188k on the odo but runs fine. It seems to be well maintained, the fluids check out and all the hoses are in good condition.

the hood is still ok aslong as the clearcoat isnt peeling/chipped you can buf it to it's like new finish it's called oxidization. you use a compound buff it then polish you might just be able to get away with polishing it. good luck and have fun
