if their prints are in the car, that can be easily explained by working at the dealership.

if they were smart/sober enough to take the plates, the should be smart enought to get to the dealership to do what boots said.

just cause the plates were taken off the car doesn't necessarily mean it was the dealer. the thief's could have taken them for future thefts to prevent getting pulled over?

but it sounds like someone at the dealership was involved.

They could just say the keys were stolen...no need to break any security of the car.

Learning their lesson the hard way!

Now let this be a lesson to all who flaunt the laws of the black-top!

The laws of physics will catch up with you even if the police aren't near by.

Major cha-ching flushed down the toiletto here sonny's!

And these "copacetic imbeciles" will do no better with the insurance co.

P.S. Speed kills nice cars...drive 'em like you can afford to fix 'em!

Ya fingerprints mean that you were there in the car , so what !! its your car , of course your prints are gonna be in there !!
A clever insurance scam might be their only way out , hopefully they planned out ...even then the Insurance company will have plenty of questions for them , including their sales records , financial records ,police and criminal records, bankruptcy , missed payments etc. etc . ..insurance companies do not pay out that easily . Lawyers will have to be involved for sure ...and we all love lawyers

Yeah...NO. Insurance does not have legal access to most of this, and even if they do, nothing they can do about it. If everything related to that specific policy is OK, they will have to pay! They might cancel you after that, but thats about it.

Btw what happens when these guys that drive without insurance and smack a Lambo? I mean whenever I pull up in York Mills gardens plaza near the bridle path, people slam on brakes when a Lambo pulls in. I am sure some of them drive without insurance, which is insane..
