It mounts in the center console right next to the handbrake. In a Cdn-spec car, you'll have to cut an opening for it to slide in there. I can provide exact dimensions as I still have the center console in my Touring.

I have one of these too............. with the centre console. Kinda cool but I'm going to dump it.
