I got ya covered if you want it.

Jeffrie, I still haven't pulled the front wheels but if the back calipers are anything like the fronts, they aren't leaking and seem to be working. The parking brake shoes were literally rusted to the drums. I couldn't move the car into the garage on my own. It took 4 people to push it in place.

I gotta go buy more jackstands...

Trailer can hold 14 tonne + it's not mine, it's my neighbors.
A getto car dolly I'v used before is one jack on the front cross member and another on the rear subframe with a couple guys pushing the car in place.

What would that caliper (front passenger) be worth with you doing all the labor to remove it.
Do not have the time for a couple weeks to go yank it myself.

I can pull the caliper off no problem. Price? Beats me. I have no idea what anything is worth. Hell, pay the shipping and if it works, paypal me later. Need just one or both sides?

We tried the jack thing but the tow truck driver left it in the laneway and the jack just sinks into the asphalt. I almost used the truck to just push it but thankfully 4 people provided enough power...

I saw this if anyone is interested. An E30 parts car for $200? It's a 318i though.

Yahh ashfault is pretty soft, would have to run out to princess auto and pay the big bucks for 4 10 dollar dollys.

Appreaciate it if you could tear that off, I need the front passenger caliper, I'd give you 50 bucks for it and can stop by for the exchange after work if that's worth your time.
@ the very least it'll unlock that tire.
I work in Ottawa so your not far away, new their 130 each.

Cool. I'll pull them tonight and bring them with me to work. It might be easier for you that way.

I thought about the dollies but I can make better use of my neighbour for free.

Got the caliper.

Here's an anomaly, the diff says "S345" on the tag and according to the manual, it's got a 5 speed automatic tranny. Didn't know that....

Oh, anyone know if you can reuse LCA's and bushings? The one's on the car are in amazing shape.

Bear pick up that diff over mine, that their is a nice lucky break "S" stands for Limited Slip and 3:45 is the ratio.

LCA are interchangable over all E36's models except for early built 92 models and M3's.

Want to meet after 4pm some time today for that caliper?
