water spots on plastic moulding?

can someone here suggest how to remove the spots I have on the plastic mouldings between the front in back window(dividing the doors)I have used 303 which works well on the mouldings but cant seem to remove the water type spots that seem to be imbedded on the hard plastic mouldings.
Not sure what made them like this because was already like that when i purchased the car. The car is immaculate condition except for this little issue, so just wondered if there is a remedy to make them look new again.

Thanks in advance
