Question pricing 328 with 3.0 M3 motor

So ... lets say I want to get rid of my 96 328is. It's got lots of highway miles (379k) but it runs perfectly, and has never been in an accident. 100% stock, except for M3 DSII wheels and new tires. Minor rust in the usual places (rear quaters, trunk). Lets say I also have the 3.0L block from my M3, and a set of M3 cams, and an M50 intake. Would anyone be interrested in buying this combo? Basically you have a complete 328is, and enough parts to put together a 3.0L M3 motor (use the head and accesories from the 2.8). I'm thinking $6k for the whole shebang ... What do you all think?

The amount of KM's on the car would really scare away alot of people. But as a whole I could see 5-6k being pretty reasonable.
