I'm not sure as we don't know what car you have but your beast bet would be to check your maintenance(service) manual that came with the car.

I traded in my car just before that service II hit. Didn't make sense to drop 1k-2k on maintaining the car and then just keeping it for maybe a year more.

I think he's asking what exactly the Service II Inspection incorporates. What all is checked/changed, etc.
