Help Installing amp and sub in E46 from factory amp

I plan on installing an amp and sub in my 2003 330i BMW and is the away of running the remote wire from the factory amp, the power from the battery and the ground all in the trunk if so where would i find the bmw factory amp in the trunk. And also what about the rca wires do i have to run them from the deck to the trunk or that also can be done in the trunk.

I did the install and it takes 2-3 hours.
You need to tap into rear speaker wires going to the amp (left side of the trunk) and into white remote wire.
