My Road Bike - For Sale - Again

I still haven't been using my road bike (Cervelo Soloist Team) enough ... so I'm testing the waters again. I've put an ad up on kijiji.

http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-s...QAdIdZ51226106

Road bikers please chime in to let me know if I've priced it right. From the other ads I've been able to find it seems like it's priced very well, but opinions would be helpful.

And of course, if anyone is interested in taking this bike off my hands ... let me know.

Gorgeous bike, seems like a fair price alright if the bike is as immaculate as it looks.

I wish I had the cash handy....good luck with the sale.

Cos it's a high end road bike, as opposed to being an off road bike. You don't see disc brakes on road bikes.

Just some low end Shimano SPD MTB pedals. I never went the road bike pedal route so that I would only need the one pair of shoes.

Never been a big fan of pedal bikes ever since i rode one with a motor!

Wheels look sexy but that seat looks like it can damage the sperm count. Just wondering how much does this bike weigh?

Haha ... I've done the motor thing too, it's of course slightly easier and faster. But a motorbike can't completely replace a good old conventional bike for me. The exercise and sense of accomplishment after climbing a hill or finishing a long ride are just a couple reasons for that statement.

The seat actually isn't too bad. True, it's built for a performance bike so weight is a big concern ... it's not like sitting on a couch by any means. But it does have a gel insert and compared to the seats the pros use, it's luxurious!

Don't know the exact weight ... all together I think it's about 17lbs.

I'm trying to get rid of my current road bike, once it goes you'll be the first to know. Don't hold your breath though....

An old GT Strike, among a pile of other bikes.
