It will be thrown out 99.999999999%.

I looked at the tickets again today and another wtf just crossed my mind. The ticket says:

Gardiner Expressway near Parklann Road

wtf? Parklann Road doesnt exist. Parkland Road does and its in Scarborough and neither come near Gardiner Expressway

the closest thing to Gardiner is Parkside Drive and Parkdale Road

WOOHOO - Small update. My speeding ticket that was 140km/h in a 100km/h zone , the officer reduced it to 129km/h in a 100km/h zone , that I received on the 11th got reduced to pretty much nothing today. I walked in to do option 2 but the ladies like do option 4 the prosecutor can see you today. Prosecutor was like "I shouldnt do this, and its one hell of a jump from 40 over to 15 over, but it saves courts time sooooo. Be careful next time". 15km/h over, zero demerit points and a $60 fine after tax and surcharge. wicked! now just have to fight the other two.

^^why would you agree to this? other than the fine, which would've been reduced anyway, your insurance company will nail your ass to the wall just as hard regardless if you get a 29 over or a 15 over. Minor speeding conviction either way.
