Pretty much. You could put on 195/45/16 tires, slam the car ridiculously and pull off an insane Euro look, but I don't know if you're into that.

actually the euro look is exaclly what im going for, and def looking for wheels with a nice deep dish, was hoping to lower it around 2.5" and roll the fenders. here are some other rims i was looking at, http://cgi.ebay.ca/SPORTMAX-BLACK-00...QQcmdZViewItem kinda like them better actually, and was not gonna go any bigger than 195/35/16 too much tire imo otherwise.

You just made up a tire size that doesn't exist. And it doesn't exist because no 195/35 could physically hold up the weight of a car, let alone an E30 (it's not an MK1 here).

195/45 is a real size, and is already giving up a lot of important load rating. Don't go crazy here.

alrighty then no more making up tire sizes... well im gonna be slamming it hopefully in the next week or two if i can get my car into the shop, then decide on the rims, probably get the sportmax ones (unless my mechanic has any sweet used ones in) with the tire size you suggested, gotta love the euro look. thanks for the suggestions.
